I didn't do too much today. I just unclamped the fractured board and took a look at it. That is really seriously broken.

You can see in the photo below that the board has broken in three places. I think that maybe it was a bad board.

That was it for today. I have to make some more changes to my setup and procedures. I think that one of the most important steps is to choose the right boards. I am buying these off the shelf at the Big Box lumber store, so I don't have the ability to cut them myself and make them "right".
